	Ordering Procedure

	Shipping Information

	Nellcor Due to a recent policy change with Nellcor, we have a minimum order of $1,500. If your order does not meet the minimum requirement, it will be held until we have accumulated enough orders (from various customers) to meet that requirement. Please note that some original Nellcor items are ordered from different suppliers who can offer better discounts. These items can be ordered immediately and will not count toward the minimum requirement. Fukuda has discontinued its standard practice of making accessories available with the initial order. Please make sure to order alligator clips, paper, and electrodes with your equipment.

	Repairs, Exchanges & Warranty Work

	Our prices are subject to change without notice. We obtain most of our quotations directly from the manufacturers. If they announce pricing changes our prices will change as well. If their pricing stays the same, then our pricing will not change. Customers may be required to pay restocking fees and freight & insurance charges as determined by CNA Medical, if they return a part whose item number they did not provide at the time of quotation.
