** If we carry the items you have purchased in stock at the moment of payment, we will ship them the same day or the following business day, via FedEX or DHL. We will use the least expensive (slowest) method unless otherwise requested. Expedited and partial shipments will incur additional freight charges. Disclaimer: Occasional delays may occur.


** If we do not carry the items you have requested in stock, we will place your order with the manufacturer the day you submit your payment or the following business day. We will ship the items to you the day we receive them at our location or the following business day. All orders from the manufacturer to us will be shipped Ground unless otherwise requested. All orders from us to you will be shipped Ground or least expensive (slowest) method unless otherwise requested. Expedited and partial shipments will incur additional freight charges. Disclaimer: Occasional delays may occur.


** If we carry the items you have purchased in stock at the moment of payment, you should expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days. If we have to order them and the manufacturer has them in stock, you should expect your order to arrive 7-10 business days from the moment we have received your payment. Delays may occur if the items you have requested are no longer in stock with the manufacturer, or if the manufacturer has sent a partial shipment, or if you have requested a consolidation of several orders into one shipment.


** Freight will be determined as soon as we receive your purchase order, and it will be listed on the proforma invoice.


** Partial shipping will incur an additional freight charge. You will be sent a new invoice for the additional charge.


** If the box or product has been damaged in shipping, you must contact us immediately. Please mark down the condition of the box and/or the damaged parts and call the carrier immediately. Do not discard the box as the carrier must first examine it.


** In case you receive an incorrect part, you must contact us within 15 days of receipt, in order for us to issue a credit.


** You may be liable for  paying restocking fees to the manufacturer, if you ordered an incorrect part and then returned it.

Our prices are subject to change without notice. We obtain most of our quotations directly from the manufacturers. If they announce pricing changes our prices will change as well. If their pricing stays the same, then our pricing will not change.
