Once we receive your inquiry and our technicians establish that they may be able to repair your board, you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. You may then proceed to Step 2.

     


STEP 2:

PROCEDURE FOR SENDING PARTS / EQUIPMENT FOR REPAIR

Please make sure you have completed Step 1 prior to sending the part / equipment

I. Fill out the Order Form

II. Fill out the Failure Report

III. Read and follow the Mailing Instructions

III. Send in the part / equipment, including both forms.

ORDER PROCESSING:

After our biomed technicians receive the part/equipment and have had a chance to inspect it, we will email you a price estimate for the repair. You then have the option to agree to the price or request that the board be sent back to you unrepaired.

I. If you agree to the price, then you will be required to submit the payment. In most cases, it will take 4-7 days for an estimate, and once your payment is received, an additional 15-20 days for repair & delivery. If parts for repair are not in stock and need to be ordered, please expect your repair to be completed in 2-8 weeks.

II. You will be responsible for the freight and insurance, if you decide to have the board sent back to you unrepaired . Please use one of the following methods:

a. Your Fedex or DHL account

b. Credit card (+3%) - see order form for details

c. Wire transfer (+$37.50)

d. Bank cashier's check

e. Money order
