III. Read and follow the Mailing Instructions
III. Send in the part / equipment, including both forms.
After our biomed technicians receive the part/equipment and have had a chance to inspect it, we will email you a price estimate for the repair. You then have the option to agree to the price or request that the board be sent back to you unrepaired.
I. If you agree to the price, then you will be
required to submit the payment. In most cases, it will take 4-7 days
for an estimate, and once your payment is received, an additional 15-20
days for repair & delivery. If parts for repair are not in stock
and need to be ordered, please expect your repair to be completed in
